Obscure lyrics…FTW!
I was driving around with my friend Justin (AshpaultQ) the other day, and we were talking about people who used to be in the fraternity and how cool they were. Then they just sort of disappeared.
Silence…
Me: You know, we’re about to disappear.
AsphaultQ: Yeah…
Its kind of weird to think about how quickly people move on, both from leaving and staying. December’s coming, hope I’m remembered well.
In other news, I somehow made homecoming court. I literally have no idea how. I get to ride in the parade, wave at people, throw candy at little kids, the whole shabangbang. While I am certain that I’m not going to win, the next two weeks could be interesting. I still have to make flyers, and I still need to get said flyers approved before I even begin campaigning. I found out at a meeting today that being homecoming King and Queen means a lot more to some then it does to me. It’ll be a fun experience, but I’m not going to go out of my way to try and win it either.
In still other news, Sunrise Sports went on the air. WHOO! First show sounded good. I’m excited. We even got out of there somewhat early, so that was good.
I would tell you more tales, but I have an editorial due tomorrow morning that I have yet to start. Should be fun…

W00T! Go Hoffmann! Yeah, it seems like it’s a lot easier for some people to just pack up and move on to whatever is next without anything slowing them down. I’m generally not one of those people. I like to say my goodbyes and being remembered always feels pretty good. You are a pretty memorable person.
